Who do you work with?
I work with everyone! From bubs to Adults, with a focus on female and family health concerns including hormonal balance, gut health, weight management, pregnancy and conception support, chronic conditions and inflammatory skin conditions.
Do you offer online appointments?
Yes! I offer secure online video consultations.
Will you give me a meal plan?
Yes—if it’s appropriate for your goals, I’ll provide a personalised meal plan, recipes or guidance. I also focus on teaching you how to make sustainable choices.
Do you provide supplement scripts?
I provide practitioner-only TGA approved supplement scripts and help you choose evidence-based products if they’re appropriate for your needs.
Can you organise testing for me?
Yes! I offer access to a wide range of functional and pathology testing through Nutripath. There are hundreds of tests available, which can help us get clear answers about what’s going on in your body. Some examples include:
Vaginal microbiome testing
Comprehensive stool tests
Food allergy and intolerance testing

Nutrient status assessments

We’ll discuss whether testing is right for you during your consultation, and I’ll help interpret the results and create a tailored plan based on your unique needs.
Can you write referrals?
Yes—I can refer you to GPs, specialists, or other allied health professionals if needed, to ensure your care is well-coordinated.
What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee.
