How it works
Over 8 weeks, you’ll work directly with Emily to implement a program that covers nutrition, movement, lifestyle, and recovery. You’ll start with a comprehensive health assessment, then receive personalised meal plans, an exercise program written by a strenght & conditioning coach, and a TGA-approved supplement plan if needed. With regular follow-ups, Monday–Friday direct messaging support, and weekly educational newsletters, you’ll have the accountability and guidance to make meaningful, lasting changes.

The program is flexible! You can start anytime from January 1st 2026, and it’s designed to fit seamlessly into your life while giving you the tools and confidence to thrive.

Who This Program Is For
The 8-Week Flourish Optimal Health Program is designed for anyone ready to prioritise their health and feel their best. Whether you want to increase energy, improve digestion, balance hormones, support long-term health, or simply build sustainable habits, this program provides personalised guidance tailored to your lifestyle. The exercise program is customised to you, written out with clear instructions and exercise videos to ensure correct form, so you can work through it at your own pace, whether at home or in the gym. Daniel, our Level 2 PT and NSCA-Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, works closely with Emily to support your nutrition and exercise. If you’d prefer to opt out of the exercise program, just let Emily know. This program is perfect for anyone who wants structure, expert support, and practical strategies — without fad diets or complicated routines.
